Elin Askfelt has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the media and technology industries. Elin started their career as a Fitness Instructor at World Class in 1997. Elin then worked as a Consultant/Analytical Assistant at Leimdörfer from 1999 to 2004, where they provided strategic advisory services and conducted analytical reports.
In 2005, Askfelt briefly worked as a Management Consultant at PWC before joining MTG as a Management Trainee in 2006. During their time at MTG, they gained experience in different departments, including MTG Sweden, MTG Radio, and Free-TV, where they worked on projects related to new businesses, strategy, marketing, sales, and event management.
From 2007 to 2012, Askfelt served as the VP of Global Content Services at KIT digital, Inc. Elin was responsible for developing and executing the global strategy for content services, including production, localization, and distribution of video content in collaboration with prominent media companies.
Askfelt then joined Accedo.tv in 2012 as the VP of Global Sales & Marketing. In this role, they focused on business and product development, standardizing offerings, and managing global marketing and communication. Elin later became the VP EMEA in 2013 and managed Accedo's operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, driving sales and overseeing the deployment of multiscreen and app store solutions on various platforms.
In 2015, Askfelt joined Mediaplanet Group as the Chief Digital Officer, responsible for spearheading the company's digital transformation and establishing a modern media group. Elin then became the COO in 2016, overseeing global central strategic operations, including sales, product development, content/production, distribution & analytics, collaborations with influencers, marketing, and communications. Elin also led the team responsible for developing in-house technical platforms to support the business and increase automation and business intelligence.
Most recently, Askfelt became the CEO of NCS Colour in 2017, leading the company in its color communication and visualization activities.

Elin Askfelt completed their education with a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Stockholm University in the years 2000 to 2001. Elin then pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University from 1997 to 2005. In 2002 and 2003, they furthered their studies by obtaining an MBA with a specialization in International Business & Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. Recently, in the year 2018 to 2019, Elin completed the Novare Future Leaders Program at Novare Leadership Academy.
