Harry Defourny has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and services industry. Harry began their career at IBM as a Marketing Representative from 1987 to 1993. Harry then worked at RAET as an Account Manager for JDEdwards from 1993 to 1995.
In 2003, they joined NCR Corporation as a Managed Services Operations Director for EMEA, where they were responsible for overseeing operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa until 2006. From 2007 to 2007, they served as the Director of Global Help Desk Operations, managing a global team of over 700 employees in multiple countries.
From 2008 to 2009, Harry was the Director of EMEA Customer Care Center at NCR, where they transformed the organization model to be more customer-centric. Harry then took on the role of Services General Manager for the UK & Ireland from 2010 to 2011, and later as the Services General Manager for Northern and Eastern Europe from 2009 to 2012.
In 2012, Harry was promoted to Region Vice President for APAC Services, where they successfully improved SLA performance and profitability across the region. In 2013, they became the Region Vice President for Europe Services, and is currently serving as the Region Vice President for Service Delivery EMEA since January 2021.
Harry Defourny attended Nyenrode Business University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BBA in Business Administration and Management. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at KU Leuven from 1985 to 1987.
