Mani Kundi currently serves as the Head of Sales at NCPL Inc since January 2023, and previously held the position of Head Of Consulting - Operations at NCPL Consulting from May 2019 to January 2023. In this role, Mani Kundi successfully guided and mentored over 200 job seekers, including fresh graduates, non-IT individuals, and new immigrants, in securing IT careers in Canada and India. Expertise includes developing Learning Plans, Skill Matrices, and LinkedIn profiles, as well as preparing candidates for interviews through mock sessions and behavioral question training. Prior experience includes roles as Executive in Healthcare Documentation Services at iMedX and Editor at MEDWRITE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Mani Kundi holds a Master’s degree from Andhra University.
