Melissa Brosnan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Melissa is currently working at Ncontracts as the Senior Vice President of Engineering since December 2023. Prior to that, Melissa held leadership positions at Quantivate, including Senior Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Senior Development Manager. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Whole Foods Market in various positions, including Manager of the Enterprise Custom Software Services Team. Melissa also worked as a Business Analyst at the Council of Residential Specialists from 2012 to 2014. Melissa started their career as an EDI Analyst at bswift from 2010 to 2012 and as an IT Business Analyst at Cosi, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Melissa's earliest work experience was as an IT/Technical Support staff at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 2006. Melissa also had a summer internship at the Chicago Transit Authority in 1996.

Melissa Brosnan received their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Linguistics (Minor) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2000. In 1999, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Bryn Mawr College in the Institut d'Etudes Françaises d'Avignon. Melissa then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2011. Melissa has also obtained certifications including Certified Agile Leadership I in 2018, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) in 2016, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) in 2015 from the Scrum Alliance.
