Michelle Poran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Michelle is currently the Senior Vice President of Business & Revenue Operations at NCompass International, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, Michelle served as the Vice President of Partnerships and Global Sourcing at the same company from May 2018 to May 2021.

From September 2012 to May 2018, Michelle worked as the Director of Account Services at NCompass International. Before that, they held the position of Group Account Director at Activision from September 2009 to September 2012. Michelle started their career as a Senior Account Manager at NCompass International in February 2006 and held the role until September 2009.

Outside of NCompass International, Michelle had brief stints at NBC Olympics as a Logistics Manager. Michelle worked in this role from July 2008 to September 2008, and again from January 2010 to March 2010.

Michelle Poran attended the University of Southern California from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the Annenberg School for Communication.
