Michael Reff is the Founder and Executive Director of the National Community Oncology Dispensing Association (NCODA), where efforts focus on enhancing the oncology landscape through medically integrated pharmacy practice since 2014. In addition, Michael serves on the Oncology Medical Home Certification Program Task Force and the QOPI Steering Group for the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) since 2017. Previously, as the Manager of The Patient Rx Center at Hematology/Oncology Associates of CNY from 2013 to 2016, Michael led initiatives to improve patient experiences with oncology medications. Michael's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes a role as Executive Territory Business Manager for Bristol-Myers Squibb as well as various leadership positions over a 21-year tenure with the company. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Le Moyne College and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
