Lenore Litwin, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities Management at the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) since March 2017, where responsibilities include developing human resource strategies, talent management, and overseeing employee development and compliance. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at SunGlo Services, where policies and programs to enhance employee relations were established, and Senior Culture and Performance Consultant at CorsoCare, focusing on organizational culture and performance. Additionally, Lenore has held directorial and consulting roles in human resources at MIPRO Consulting and Amerisure Insurance, and served as Vice President at Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan. Other experience includes serving as a guest teacher at South Lyon Public Schools.
