Dale Berkley is an experienced project manager currently working at the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences since April 2022. Prior to this role, Dale served at Norfolk Naval Shipyard from January 2011 to April 2022, where key positions included Branch Head of Technical Support in the Engineering and Analysis Code 136.3 and Quality Specialist/Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma. Responsibilities included preparing presentations for Quality Forum meetings, managing critique processes, and conducting preparations for NAVSEA audits. Earlier experience spans from January 1998 to May 2010 at Howmet Corp, where Dale held various engineering roles focused on manufacturing efficiency and process improvement, as well as serving as the IGT Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader. Additional experience includes roles at POWER MECHANICAL INC as Purchasing Agent/Warehouse Manager and as a Boiler Technician in the US Navy, from which Dale received an honorable discharge. Dale Berkley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
