Polly Loneman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they joined NCMIC in 2022 as a Marketing Director. Prior to that, they worked at Two Rivers Marketing from 2021 to 2022, first as an Account Director and then as a Senior Account Director. From 2017 to 2021, Polly served as the Director of Marketing at Prairie Meadows. Before that, they held the positions of Assistant Director of Marketing from 2014 to 2017 and Player Development Manager from 2012 to 2014, also at Prairie Meadows. Polly started their career at Prairie Meadows in 2007 as a Promotions and Special Events employee. Polly began their professional journey in 2005 at the YMCA of Greater Des Moines as a Program Executive Director.

Polly Loneman, MPA, holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Drake University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Polly'sfield of study during this time was Executive Development. Prior to their MPA, Polly Loneman completed their Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organization Management at the University of Northern Iowa from 2000 to 2004.
