Nicole Graziano, JD has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Nicole currently holds the role of Vice President - Claims at NCMIC since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Constellation for over 12 years, starting in August 2011. During their time at Constellation, they held various roles including Coverage Lead, Claim Audit Lead, and Claim Team Lead. Their responsibilities involved overseeing coverage related activity, conducting internal claim audits, and ensuring quality standards were met. Before joining Constellation, Nicole worked as Counsel at W. R. Berkley Corporation from January 2010 to May 2011, and earlier as a Claims Attorney at Continental Western Group (a W. R. Berkley Company) from January 2007 to January 2010.

Nicole Graziano, JD, holds a Juris Doctor degree from Drake University Law School. Prior to pursuing their law studies, Nicole completed their undergraduate education at Northwestern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
