William DeLisio currently serves as the Deputy Executive Officer at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges since January 2023. Previously, William was the owner of Becoming It, a consulting and coaching business, from January 2015 to December 2022. William's extensive experience in the Colorado Judicial Branch spanned from December 1999 to December 2022, culminating as the Family Law Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing a $2,000,000 budget and overseeing a team of ten in various family law areas. Other roles included Court Improvement Program Coordinator and Juvenile Court Programs Coordinator, focusing on program management and collaboration with various stakeholders. William began a career as a Judicial Assistant and Criminal Caseflow Manager at the Gaston County District Attorney’s Office in North Carolina in early 1999. William holds a Master of Science in Legal Administration with a specialization in Judicial Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science with a focus on Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University.
