Vishesh Mahadik started working at Optimal Performance Technologies in 2016 as a Project Manager Team Lead until February 2021. In 2021, they joined Virtual Construction Solutions as a Senior Project Coordinator and worked there until May 2022. Currently, they are working as a Project Lead at nCircle Tech since June 2022.

Vishesh Mahadik obtained an IGCSE degree from the University of Cambridge in the years 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2012 to 2016. Recently, in 2022, they completed a postgraduate degree in Business Analyst from MIT World Peace University.
