Shikha Sohal is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX design, design research, and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer at nCino, Inc., Shikha has held previous roles such as Senior Product Designer at LifeWorks and Sr. UX Designer at GlobalLogic, where design-led engineering and digital transformation projects were a focus. Notable earlier positions include UX Lead at Max Life Insurance and Sr. UX Manager at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., emphasizing research protocols and user experience design for digital products. Shikha has also contributed as Lead Designer at Samsung Design Delhi and has a background in design research and prototyping. Shikha holds a Master's degree in Design Research from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management.
