Rich Bateman possesses extensive experience in the technology and banking sectors, currently serving as Principal Integration Architect and previously as Senior Data Integration Specialist at nCino, Inc. since May 2013. Bateman specializes in integrating core systems for community banks and credit unions into the nCino platform using the Informatica Cloud, while also establishing standard batch data integration models. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at ACI Worldwide, focusing on the implementation of complex software solutions, and as Core Systems Administrator at the American Bank of Texas, where Bateman led system management efforts within the banking environment. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Technical Instructor at IBS/Pro Directions and military service as a Sergeant in the US Army, specializing in aircraft maintenance. Rich Bateman holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Aided Design from Vernon Regional Junior College.
