Jack Qu is an accomplished software quality assurance and engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Software QA Lead at nCino, Inc. since March 2019, Jack has achieved six Salesforce certifications and contributes to the quality assurance of products built on the Salesforce platform. Prior experience includes a role as Software Engineer and QA/System Engineer at The Seven Soft Corporation, where project management and testing activities were key responsibilities. Jack’s earlier career involved positions as System Engineer and Project Manager at Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Quality Assurance Engineer contracted with EMC at AcBel, and System Engineer at Serck Controls, where expertise in system design, testing, and quality assurance methodologies was developed. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University.
