Gustavo Chohfi has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Gustavo most recently worked at Cornerstone Building Brands as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Quality Assurance at the same company. Before joining Cornerstone Building Brands, Gustavo worked at Whirlpool Corporation where they served as the Plant Leader - Director of Operations, overseeing Freezers, Undercounter Ice Makers, and Trash Compactors. Gustavo also held the role of Director, Manufacturing Quality for the North America & Mexico Regions at Whirlpool. Gustavo's earlier experience includes working at SharkNinja as the Sr. Director of Global Quality and Manufacturing, and at BSH Home Appliances as both a Quality Manager and a Sustaining Engineering Manager. Gustavo also worked at BSH Home Appliances Corporation - North America as a Transition to Quality Manager. Gustavo began their career at BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group (Brazil) as a Senior Product Development Engineer, and also worked as a Trainee at the same company. Throughout their roles, Gustavo has achieved notable accomplishments, including achieving low return rates, low technical call rates, and significant cost reduction savings.

Gustavo Chohfi completed their Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2022. Earlier, they pursued a Post-Graduation/Master in Industrial Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, from 1997 to 2001.
