Eric Haugen has extensive experience in continuous improvement and plant management within the metal fabrication industry. Currently serving as Director of Continuous Improvement at Cornerstone Building Brands since January 2014, Eric previously held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior to this, Eric was Plant Manager at NCI Building Systems from September 2005 to December 2013, overseeing the operations of a mid-size primary metal fabrication plant focused on custom-engineered metal buildings. Eric began their career as Plant Engineer at Star Building Systems from March 1999 to September 2005. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University, completed in 1995, and a high school diploma from Hempstead High School.
