Shirin Ghiaseddin, CPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Nch’ḵaỷ Development Corporation since April 2022. Shirin has successfully executed full-cycle recruitment, implemented onboarding processes, managed benefits and pension enrollment, and addressed employment-related inquiries. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist and Assistant at the same organization, and prior experience at University Canada West as a Human Resources Assistant, where filing systems for confidential records were improved. Shirin was a Human Resources Specialist at EnerTech-Co, focusing on policy creation and training development, and has a background in sales as a Sales Associate at TJX Canada. Shirin co-founded Grayan Co. and held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources Management from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art/Art Studies from the University of Science and Culture.
