Marcin Węgrzyn is a highly experienced technical and marketing manager, currently serving as Regional Technical Manager for Central Europe at NCH Europe since May 2018, where responsibilities include supporting various countries and sharing best practices to enhance group knowledge. Previously, Węgrzyn held roles as Technical and Marketing Manager, managing a service team and overseeing multiple aspects of water treatment programs. Prior positions include Technical Specialist at Veolia Water Technologies, After Sales Service Manager at UNTHA Polska Sp. z o.o., and Service Manager at Huber Technology, each focusing on technical management, customer support, and sales strategies. Węgrzyn holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Environmental Engineering from Warsaw Agricultural University.
