Lisa Goncalves is an experienced professional in business development and partnership management, currently serving as the New Business Development Manager at NCFE since August 2017. In this role, Lisa focuses on cultivating new partnerships and expanding curriculum delivery opportunities within both domestic and international markets. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Business Development Advisor at learndirect Limited from November 2016 to July 2017, where oversight of a team of 10 sales personnel was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes working as the Employer Relationship Manager at Shaw Trust from June 2010 to November 2016, engaging with employers to support training and recruitment for long-term unemployed individuals. Lisa Goncalves earned a Higher National Diploma in Leisure Management from Amersham and Wycombe College between 1992 and 1994.
