Cynthia McLaughlin, MBA, has extensive experience in talent development and employee training, currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at NCCI Holdings, Inc. since February 1999. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Manager, Global Employee Development at W. R. Grace & Co. from 1990 to 1999 and also worked as an Adjunct Professor in Business Communications at Florida Atlantic University from 2008 to 2011. Cynthia earned an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Brescia University.
