Carina Martinsson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for Stora Projekt at NCC since March 2023. Prior to this, Carina held several key positions at LKAB from October 2006 to March 2023, including Human Resources Director for BA Iron Ore, General Manager of Production Support, and Human Resources Manager. Carina's expertise encompasses recruitment, development, diversity, gender equality, international HR policies, leadership, talent management, labor law, negotiations, change management, employer branding, and HR processes. Earlier career roles included HR responsibilities at Sylvania Lighting Sweden and SolarPlexus AB, with a foundation in Human Resources Management from Uppsala University, where Carina obtained a Bachelor's degree in 2000.
