Stephen O'Donoghue serves as the Global HR Business Partner at NCC Group since October 2022, leading HR initiatives for the Escode business across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, Australia, and North America. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at Atlanta Group from May 2016 to March 2023, including Senior People Business Partner and Head of People, where responsibilities encompassed supporting M&A activities and partnering with C-suite leaders. Earlier experiences also include HR roles at Citizens Advice, StepChange Debt Charity, and various universities and healthcare organizations. Stephen holds multiple degrees in Human Resource Management, Business Management, and Law, along with professional qualifications in HR practices and psychometric testing.
