Amanda Johansen Mattingly, P.E. is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering with a focus on municipal water and wastewater systems. Currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer at NCASI, Inc. since May 2017, Amanda has previously held multiple engineering roles at Barton & Loguidice from June 2013 to April 2017, advancing from Engineer I to Engineer III, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of distribution, collection, and treatment systems. Amanda obtained a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2018 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2009 to 2013.
