Jessica Hughes has served as the Chief Operating Officer at NC Association of REALTORS® since September 2018. Prior to that, Jessica was the Executive Director at the American Library Association and Chief Operating Officer at Florida Hospice & Palliative Care Association. Jessica has a background in leadership and operations management. Jessica completed their education at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
