With extensive experience in various organizations, Carol has previously held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Trident Seafoods and Head of Human Resources for Solavei, LLC. Carol's expertise spans across several industries including technology, seafood processing, and entertainment, with a notable tenure at Electronic Arts where substantial organizational growth was achieved. Carol has also contributed to the Lake Washington Human Resources Association as a Board Member focusing on HR and business development programs. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations-Political Science, Carol possesses a robust background in human resources management, leadership, and strategic communication.
