Tiffany Gladney currently serves as the Director of Policy and Government Relations at NC Child, where responsibilities include leading the development of the organization's public policy agenda, managing legislative strategies, and maintaining relationships with policymakers. Previous experience includes a role as Policy and Government Affairs Manager at NC Rural Center, where Tiffany managed policy research for the Rural Counts advocacy program and developed strong relationships with legislative staff. Earlier positions include Director of Advocacy and Government Affairs for March of Dimes, where Tiffany advanced advocacy initiatives in North and South Carolina, and various communication roles, including Social Media Consultant for The Carmichael Show and Communication Specialist at Saint Augustine's University. Tiffany holds a BA in Communication with a Media Concentration from North Carolina State University.
