Neil Harrington is a seasoned professional with a strong background in research and policy analysis. Currently serving as the Research Director at NC Child since September 2023, Neil has previously worked as a Strategic Data Analyst at the North Carolina Department of Commerce and held various roles including Political Research Associate at Huffman & Rejebian, Inc. and Research Contractor at the NC Budget & Tax Center. Other experiences include a Research Internship at the Urban Institute and serving as Research and Policy Director for Jim Hood's gubernatorial campaign. Neil's educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Mississippi.
