Betsy Cook, CIC, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Lines Department Manager at NBT Insurance Agency, LLC since December 2017. Prior to this role, Betsy worked at M&T Insurance Agency as a Commercial Lines Executive CSR from June 2006 to December 2017, and earlier held the position of Commercial Account Manager at M&T Bank from June 2002 to June 2006. Betsy began their career as a Customer Service Representative. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the State University of New York at Oswego, completed in 2002.
