Bishnu Dev holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, obtained between 2012 and 2021, and possesses a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University, which was completed in 2017.
