Siv U. currently serves as a Senior Forecast Analyst at nbnâ„¢ Australia since December 2021. Prior to this role, Siv held the position of Workforce Planning Lead at iSelect from October 2020 to December 2021, and worked as a Senior Workforce Analyst at Customer Driven Solutions between April 2019 and September 2020. Earlier experience includes a Workforce Planning Analyst role at Origin Energy from June 2018 to April 2019, and a similar position at ANZ from June 2013 to June 2018, where Siv also worked as a Small Business Customer Care Specialist, Mortgage Settlements Case Manager, Mortgage Settlements Consultant, and Customer Service Consultant.
