Manuel Biehler began their career in 2014 as a Biological Laboratory Technician at Novartis. In 2015, they completed an internship at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, where they learned various methods such as H3-Beta-Immunoassay and Protein expression in E. In 2016, they completed a second internship at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), where they acquired methods such as HPLC, Size exclusion chromatography, and FPLC. In 2017, they began working as a Research Assistant at NBE-Therapeutics.

Manuel Biehler obtained their Abitur Fachrichtung Biotechnologie from Biotechnologisches Gymnasium Justus-von-Liebig-Schule in 2009-2012. Manuel then attended Landesschule Badisches Rotes Kreuz Berufsfachschule Rettungsdienst to obtain their Paramedic degree in 2013-2014. In 2014-2017, Manuel Biehler attended aprentas Ausbildungszentrum Muttenz to obtain their Biological Laboratory Technician degree. In April 2016, Manuel Biehler obtained their English First Cambridge Zertifikat (Level C1) from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
