M贸nica Gil is currently the EVP, Chief Administrative and Marketing Officer at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. Prior to this role, M贸nica held various executive positions at Nielsen and The Nielsen Company, focusing on multicultural growth and strategy, public affairs, government relations, and communications. M贸nica also has experience as Senior Vice President at Greer, Margolis, Mitchell and Burns (GMMB) and as Community Relations Manager at Telemundo KVEA and KWHY. M贸nica's early career included serving as Deputy Press Secretary for Antonio Villaraigosa in the CA State Legislature. M贸nica holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
