Jess Sommerville is an Associate Software Engineer at NBCUniversal since October 2023, following a comprehensive software engineering program at Flatiron School from April to July 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Technical Product Support at Bubble from June 2020 to March 2023, where Jess launched and managed 24/7 support operations and led training initiatives, along with prior roles in success and marketing at Bubble and Forge. Jess has a background in user experience writing from an internship at Google and extensive experience in marketing and graphic design. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and a completion of software engineering training at Flatiron School.
