Charmagne Tellis is a seasoned professional in program and portfolio management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of the Program Management Office at NBCUniversal Media, LLC since June 2021, Charmagne established and oversees PMO processes, drives strategic planning, and manages project delivery while mentoring a team of project managers. Prior to this, Charmagne held senior positions at Tapestry, Career Co, and McKinsey & Company, leading IT project management initiatives, establishing PMOs, and developing best practices. Additionally, Charmagne serves as an instructor at PMO Advisory, providing training on portfolio and program management. Charmagne holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Columbia University and New York University, respectively.
