Chris Banaszek has a diverse background in customer success and communications, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at NBC Sports Next since September 2022. Previously, Chris held various roles at Fiverr from February 2020 to August 2022, advancing from Customer Success Manager to Customer Success Program Leader. Prior experience includes several positions at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on member experience and concierge services from November 2014 to October 2019. Chris also worked in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, contributing as Communications Director and Acting Legislative Aide between 2012 and 2014. An early career with Tufts University Athletics Department involved administrative support.
