Orlando Costa has been working in various roles since 2002. Orlando started their career at Banco BPI as a Head of Procurement Management - Corporate Center and Investment, Investment & Sales Dynamization Adviser, Investment Adviser, and Key Account Manager. In 2011, they joined Grupo Desportivo de Chaves as Vice-president (Marketing & Communication). In 2013, they became Economy Editor at Sinal TV. Since 2018, they have been working at nBanks as CEO and Co-founder. In 2022, they will join Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave as an Invited Professor.

Orlando Costa has a diverse educational background. Orlando obtained their Executive Graduation in Leadership & Motivation from Catolica porto in 2014. Orlando then went on to earn their Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade do Minho. In 2016, they earned their Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance CSPO in the field of Software Development.
