Ricky T. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global partnerships and merchandising, currently serving as Vice President - Global Partnerships at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since March 2012. Ricky has led numerous initiatives in NBA China, focusing on licensing, merchandising partnerships, gaming, esports, and retail development. Previously held positions include Associate Vice President and Senior Director within NBA Global Partnerships, where responsibilities encompassed merchandising and sponsorship management. Ricky also served as Head of Merchandising at JACK WOLFSKIN GmbH in China and Product Manager roles at Clarks and adidas. Additionally, Ricky contributes to academia as a guest lecturer for the Fudan MBA Program. Educational credentials include an EMBA and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, both from Fudan University.
