David Wagner possesses extensive experience in sports operations and legal counsel, currently serving as Player Operations Leader and Associate Vice President at the National Basketball Association since June 2016. Prior to this role, David held the positions of Vice President, Competition & Operations and Legal Counsel at the United Soccer League from June 2010 to June 2016. David's academic background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law, a Master's in Media Management from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo.
