Currently serving as VP of Design at NBA2K League with the National Basketball Association since October 2024, Andreina has previously held key positions such as Design Director for Refinery29 and VICE Media, where responsibilities included overseeing brand partnership campaigns, refining brand identities, and improving design systems. As the founder of But How LLC since November 2017, Andreina focuses on delivering digital branding and environmental projects. With a solid educational foundation in graphic design from both the School of Visual Arts and The Art Institute of New York City, Andreina has collaborated with renowned clients and maintained a diverse talent roster throughout a dynamic career.
