David Cowan is an Application Engineer at NB Corporation of America since May 2021, where responsibilities include assisting customers with engineering decisions, selecting appropriate products, and evaluating expected product life and safety. Prior to this role, David worked as an Access Desk Student Employee at the UIC Library of the Health Sciences from June 2016 to May 2020, providing support to patrons with access to materials and library software. Additionally, David served as Treasurer for the Chicago Engineering Design Team from April 2019 to April 2020, managing club funds and facilitating financial transactions. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned in 2020.
