Eric Bounassif currently serves as the Technical Manager at Nayax since January 2019, bringing extensive experience in technical and customer support roles. Prior to Nayax, Eric held the position of Customer Service Team Leader at ingogo from January 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included staff rostering, coordination of daily tasks, and team motivation to meet KPI sales targets. In addition, Eric worked as a Sales and Technical Support Officer at ingogo, assisting clients with inquiries and training them on the Ingogo App. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Product Specialist and Helpdesk Support at GuildLink, where technical support and online training sessions on pharmaceutical software were provided, and as a Level 1 IT Consultant at Insight IT, focusing on client IT support, network setup, and training.
