Caroline Banksmith is a Senior Research Analyst at NAXION, with prior experience as a Research Analyst at Drexel University and as a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. At Drexel University, Caroline managed a study with over 300 participants, focused on evaluating mental health symptoms, and maintained confidentiality while organizing critical data. Caroline also assisted in hiring and training new team members, showcasing strong organizational skills with Microsoft Excel and Qualtrics. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Caroline evaluated psychological research for bias and contributed to a literature review. Additionally, Caroline served as a Customer Service Specialist for CIEE, where effective communication and conflict resolution with non-English speakers were essential.
