Secelia Donovan serves as the General Manager at Navy Gateway Inns & Suites since January 2024 and has held the same position at Navy Lodge since March 2017. Previously, Secelia worked as a Guest Service Supervisor, contributing to guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and assisting in daily operations. With a background in management training through the Navy Lodge Program, Secelia is responsible for hiring and training associates, ensuring alignment in guest service with various departments, and maintaining high standards of customer service excellence. Secelia holds multiple degrees in Hospitality Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, in addition to education from Southern New Hampshire University and Pensacola State College.
