Heidi Walter is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and case management. Currently serving as an RN Care Manager at Navvis since January 2024, Heidi has previously held roles as an RN Case Manager at Dean Health Plan, Inc. and SSM Health at Home during 2023 and 2019-2023, respectively. Prior to this, Heidi worked as an RN at Green County Health Department from 2011 to 2019 and at Monroe Clinic from 2006 to 2011, as well as at FHN from 2001 to 2003. Heidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Highland Community College, and a diploma from Freeport Senior High School.
