Sabrina Rau has a diverse work experience that spans over 13 years. Sabrina began their career as a Dual Student at Deutsche Bahn in 2008, where they gained experience in HR and consulting roles. Sabrina later worked at univativ GmbH & Co. KG as an Assistant Sales & HR, focusing on business development and sales strategies. Sabrina then joined Approach People Recruitment as a Recruitment Assistant, where they utilized proactive techniques to identify and assess potential candidates.
In 2015, Sabrina joined Google as an HR Specialist, providing ongoing support to employees on HR matters and driving solutions in labor relations and HR processes. Sabrina worked for Google for two years before joining NavVis in 2017. At NavVis, Sabrina initially served as a Recruiter & People Developer, helping to build the company's people pipeline and developing innovative ideas for candidate interviewing and development. Sabrina later took on the role of a Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner, where they managed the people pipeline, optimized talent acquisition targets, and took on operational responsibilities for certain HR functions such as payroll.
In 2021, Sabrina was promoted to the role of Global Team Lead Talent Acquisition at NavVis, where they oversee the global talent acquisition strategy and operations. Throughout their career, Sabrina has demonstrated a strong focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and people development.
Sabrina Rau attended ISC Paris in 2015, but did not earn a degree or study a specific field of study. From 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resource Management/ Personalpolitik from the University of Hamburg. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre-Dienstleistungsmanagement from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
