Hiroaki Kitano serves as the Regional Director for Japan & Korea at NAVTOR since June 2015, where significant financial growth and navigational digitalization in the regional maritime industry have been achieved through effective sales and marketing, networking, and team building. Prior to this, Hiroaki was a Key Account Manager at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines from March 2007 to May 2015, optimizing sales and distribution channels for international air tickets, and at Toppan Forms Co., Ltd. as an Assistant Project Manager, managing a large client project. Earlier experience includes roles in group travel sales at Nippon Travel Agency Co., LTD and West Japan Railway Company. Hiroaki holds a Master of Business Administration from Yokohama National University and a Bachelor of Laws from Hosei University.
