Onur Arslan has been working in the software engineering field since 2014. Onur began as an intern at Aselsan, followed by an internship at defia in 2015. That same year, they became a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Airmind Networks. In 2021, Onur Arslan joined Turkcell Technology as an Expert E-Commerce Software Developer and Navlungo as a Software Engineer.

Onur Arslan completed their Master of Science in Big Data Analytics and Management from Bahcesehir University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2015. Onur Arslan attended \u00dcnye Anatolian Teacher High School from 2006 to 2010.
