Michael Kananen has extensive experience in the field of technology and systems management, currently serving as Senior Manager Development at Navitus Health Solutions since August 2013. Prior roles at Navitus include Manager and Associate Manager of Claims Adjudication Technology, Supervisor of Claim Adjudication Development, Team Lead of Claim Adjudication Development, and Software Engineer. Prior to Navitus, Kananen worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Associated Bank from August 2010 to June 2013 and held the position of Senior Applications Architect at Shopko from 1998 to August 2010. Kananen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Lakeland University (2003-2006), an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (1996-1998), and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (1988-1993).
