Demetris Brintley has extensive experience in production management within the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Production Manager at Navitas Systems, LLC since December 2020. Prior roles include Lead Production Supervisor at LG Chem, where responsibilities included supporting the launch of a new production line for General Motors EV battery packs, and Lead Area Supervisor at A123 Systems, overseeing two departments and a large production team. Brintley has also held production supervisory positions at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. and Green Polymeric Materials, Inc., implementing lean manufacturing methods and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
